Community Grants

Big or small, your organization’s needs are important — and our Community Grants program can help.

ECF’s Community Grants program provides funding to help with a variety of organizational needs. Our support is specific to your organizational needs. We look to organizations to determine their priority areas; this can include renovations, equipment purchases, program support, and more.

Our Community Grant recipients are diverse, as are their projects! Check out successful recipients on our Granting in Action site or through the Well Endowed Podcast.

Eligibility

Community Grants aim to support our local community. To be eligible for a community grant your organization must be both:

Applying for a Community Grant

ECF uses a two-stage application process for all Community Grant applications. Applicants are asked to submit a Stage 1 application during the month it is open. Staff will review all submitted applications after the deadline. If successful in stage 1, we will request a stage 2 application, which will include additional, clarifying questions that will be reviewed by volunteer sub-committees.

If the organization has not received a Community Grant in the last five years, the organization is eligible to apply for up to $50,000. If you have received a community grant in the last five years you are eligible for up to $80,000.
